Finally, we are in Dawson Creek

Our day started at 5am, our neighbor started his diesel engine, I thought it was in the middle of the night, Gary said it was 6.  He read the clock wrong, I'd already gotten up and started the coffee when he said it was only 5.  At least it got us up and moving for an early start.  We fueled up before leaving town, 217.426 Liters @1.319 $286.72 Canadian.  We left Prince George at 9:00 for our 253 mile drive, only stopping once at a Rest Area for about a half hour  We skirted the Western slope of the Rockies, beautiful scenery, we saw our first bear, he was in the middle of the highway, by the time we got the camera out he scampered into the woods.  We got to Mile 0 CG by 3.

We are all registered, tomorrow at 1 we have an orientation and at 5 a dinner.  On the front and back of the coach we have stickers identifying us with fantasy tours.  We ate dinner at Mike's Steakhouse before coming home to crash.  5 AM is way too early !

Short and sweet tonight with a few pictures.

TTFN,

Gary and Pam
